By pressing on both sides of the end of the dumbbell handle, you can remove the adjustment supports. You can then insert the number of plates you want to use into the support and reattach it to the dumbbell grip. And that's it! You're ready to start your workout. Each dumbbell can hold a maximum weight of 10 kg, meaning you can include up to 5 plates on each side. With these adjustable dumbbells, you have the flexibility to change the weight according to your needs and progress gradually in your training.
